- Free standard shipping to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries (calculated automatically at checkout).
- Shipping costs for other regions are shown at checkout before payment.
- Note: P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may take up to two weeks—providing a physical street address is recommended for faster delivery.
⏱️ Processing time (important)
Processing time is counted before the shipment date and is separate from transit time.
- Standard bulk hair: 1–3 business days.
- Micro-extensions, tape extensions, wigs and similar items: 5–7 business days.
- Colored or specially processed hair may require additional time—this will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.
🚚 Shipping costs & delivery estimates
Delivery time is calculated from the ship date, not the order date. Typical transit times:

Most orders include tracking information by email once the order ships. If you don’t receive tracking details within 7 business days, contact us at serve@glowwig.com and include your order number.
💸 International taxes, duties & customs
For international shipments, the recipient / buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or brokerage charges imposed by local authorities. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery if applicable.
📦 Multiple packages
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages based on availability and warehouse location. Each package will have its own tracking number if shipped separately.
⚠️ Delivery claims (if a package shows “delivered” but you haven't received it)
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package, please:
- Contact the courier and provide the tracking number to report the package as lost or missing.
- Confirm your delivery address. Check with neighbors, building reception, or common delivery areas.
- If unresolved, email us within 7 days with all required evidence (no exceptions):
- Order number
- Courier investigation case/code
- A photo of the delivery location showing the house/unit number clearly (CCTV footage if available)
Important: Claims will be rejected if there is no valid evidence, the package was stolen and uninsured, the address provided was incorrect, the address was changed after shipment, the customer refused delivery, the claim was filed within 30 days of receipt, the customer changed their mind, or if the same address/customer has filed 3+ claims within 6 months.
📮 Refused delivery & shipping fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery, you will be charged the original shipping cost plus the return shipping fee.
