We hope you love your purchase, but if not — no worries! We accept returns within 7 business days of receipt for most items in new, unused condition.
To begin the return process, we will provide you with a US return address. please email our Customer Care Team at serve@glowwig.com with the following:
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Clear photos of the item(s)
After receiving our return instructions, repackage the item(s) with all original packaging and ship it using your local postal service.
Returns are typically processed within 3 business days after we receive the package. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
Note: For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs charges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at serve@glowwig.com right away. We'll resolve the issue promptly.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 7 business days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition with original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns if:
- The item has been worn or installed
- The curl pattern or texture has been altered
- The lace has been cut
- The hair has been chemically processed (dyed, bleached, permed, etc.)
- The item has any odor (smoke, perfume, styling products, etc.)
- Custom-made and clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Returns without an official return request will not be accepted.
- Freight To Collect (FTC) packages are not accepted — return shipping must be prepaid by the customer.
- Please double-check your package before shipping; we are not responsible for non-Glowwig products returned by mistake.
Note: Original shipping fees and the optional “Shipping Guarantee” are non-refundable.
Return Address
Please contact Customer Service before sending any returns. We will provide the correct return address based on your region. Do not return items to the address on the package label — this will delay processing.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This may happen when:
- The address provided is incomplete or incorrect
- The carrier is unable to deliver the package
- The customer refuses delivery
If a package is Returned-to-Sender or refused, it will be restocked and a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
Please ensure your address is accurate, including apartment or suite numbers. Once an order is submitted, our system cannot make changes. If you need help before the package ships, email us at serve@glowwig.com.
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Order Cancellation & Changes
- Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
- If the order has entered processing, modification fees may apply.
- Please contact us as soon as possible at serve@glowwig.com.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
